Qualify & onboard
Every page read. Every finding traced. Your reviewer decides.
GridTen qualifies contractors from the documents they already hold. Purpose-built models read the full submission, check it against your requirements for that scope, and return a scored recommendation your reviewer can defend.
Extraction viewFrom documents to decision
Submit what exists
The contractor sends the documents they already hold: safety program, insurance certificates, licences, training records. No reformatting into someone else’s questionnaire.
Everything is read
Every page is read and checked against your specific requirements for that scope of work. Findings cite the exact source page, so nothing is asserted without evidence.
Your reviewer owns the call
A scored recommendation arrives with every finding traced. Approve, approve with conditions, or reject. The decision, and its basis, enter the audit trail automatically.
Why depth matters more than a checkmark
The industry norm is to sample what reviewer capacity allows and trust the rest. That norm exists because full reading used to be impossible, not because it was ever good enough.
Scored recommendationApproval is where it starts, not where it ends
Qualification stays live after the decision: renewals escalate before lapse, workers are verified against their tasks, and the gate enforces what is true today.
Common questions
Does the AI approve or reject contractors?
No. The system reads, checks, scores, and cites. A human reviewer makes every approval decision, and that decision is recorded with its basis. The model’s job is to make sure the reviewer decides with the full picture instead of a sample.
What documents does a contractor need to provide?
The ones they already hold: safety programs, insurance certificates, licences, and training records. GridTen reads native documents rather than forcing contractors to re-enter their business into a questionnaire format.
How are requirements defined?
By you. Your requirement matrix for each scope of work is configured into the platform during rollout, so submissions are checked against your standards, not a generic template.
What happens after approval?
The qualification becomes a live state. Expirations and changes surface before they become violations, and site entry always reflects the current state rather than the state at approval.
