Contractor and workforce risk, enforced
Control the work before it becomes risk.
GridTen reads every page of every contractor submission, verifies every worker down to legal work authorization, and decides whether work can start. Qualification, bidding, training, gate access, and monitoring on one enforced record.
Live compliance stateThe cost of not knowing
Heavy industry runs on contracted work, and contracted work is where visibility breaks down.
Figures describe industry conditions reported by the cited public sources. They are not GridTen performance claims.
Where compliance actually fails
Not in the filing cabinet. In the space between an approval that has aged and the work that is happening right now.
Documents on file
The contractor was approved once. The paperwork exists. Everyone assumes the state of the file matches the state of the site.
Work happens anyway
Permits expire, insurance lapses, crews change, training goes stale. Nothing stops the work, because nothing is checking. This is where incidents live.
The gate decides
Qualification becomes a live state checked at the bid, at the gate, and through the shift. Work that does not meet the requirement does not start.
Enforce, do not observe
Prequalification becomes a gate
No contractor or worker enters a workflow unless requirements are met, with status checked at the point of entry rather than in last quarter’s file.
Every page is read
Purpose-built models read the full submission and check it against your requirements, with every finding traced to its source page. Your reviewer owns the call.
Workflows replace checklists
Safety and compliance requirements are embedded in how work is executed, not stapled to it afterwards.
Every action is traceable
From intake to completion, every decision, override, and status change produces a defensible audit trail as a byproduct of operation.
Nine modules, one record
Every module writes to the same record, so the state of the work never lives in two places.

What GridTen is built to do
We publish goals, not results. These are the standards the platform is engineered against.
Read everything, sample nothing
Review depth should never depend on reviewer capacity. The system is built to read every page of every submission, every time.
Entry decided by the live state
A lapsed credential should stop at the gate with the reason shown, not surface in an audit months later.
Audit evidence as a byproduct
When the work runs through the system, the defensible trail already exists. Preparation should mean export, not reconstruction.
Protection through the shift
Qualification should not stop at the gate. Consented monitoring for heat strain, fatigue, and falls extends the record into the work itself.
Two ways this category can work
| The standing network model | GridTen |
|---|---|
| ✕Contractors register on a network, complete its questionnaires, and wait in a review queue before any client can use them. | ✓Contractors submit the documents they already hold. The system reads them against each client’s own requirements. |
| ✕Review depth is set by reviewer capacity, so sampling decides what gets missed. | ✓Every page is read, and every finding cites the exact source page it came from. |
| ✕A qualification is a point-in-time approval that quietly ages. | ✓Qualification is a live state. Expirations and changes surface before they become violations. |
| ✕Compliance lives in reports and dashboards, after the work is done. | ✓Compliance acts at the bid, at the gate, and through the shift. It decides whether work can happen. |
| ✕Audit evidence is reconstructed when the auditor asks. | ✓Audit evidence is complete because the work ran through the system. |

Worker recordBuilt to live inside your stack
GridTen is designed to connect to the systems heavy industry already runs, so the record follows the work instead of forcing the work into another silo.
Why we exist
Contractor compliance has been a filing cabinet for decades because reading everything was impossible, so the industry settled for sampling, questionnaires, and trust. Reading everything is not impossible anymore. GridTen was founded on the view that once that constraint falls, everything downstream of it, who gets to qualify, when work is allowed to start, what an audit costs, deserves to be rebuilt.
See it on your material
Watch the record decide, live.
- A working session on a real submission and your requirement matrix
- Every finding shown with the source page it came from
- A scoped proposal for your modules, projects, and scale
- No slide deck. The product, on your documents.
