Training & LMS

Training that gates the work.

Video courses with questions inside the player, live sessions with the crew in the room, certificates written straight to the worker record, and completion state the gate can enforce. Learning here is not an activity log. It is a qualification.

Completion writes to the record
Learning hubLearning hub

A learning hub people actually use

Courses are laid out in browsable rows by topic, the way a streaming service does it, with search across titles, lessons, and instructors. A course preview opens in place with its description, lesson list, and materials, so a worker knows what they are starting. Progress is tracked automatically: pause on the phone, resume at the trailer.

Thumbnails with progress bars pick up exactly where the worker left off.

Required and saved

Required courses sit apart from browsing, and anything can be saved for later.

Recommendations

Suggested courses based on role and learning patterns keep development moving.

Performance in view

Certificates earned, time spent, and completion against assigned courses, charted per worker.

On-demand video

Subtitles, and speed controls, downloadable course files, and the lesson list beside the player.

Live sessions

Instructor-led streams with a participant list and real-time chat, so a toolbox topic can reach every crew at once and questions get answered in the room.

Assessments in the player

Questions appear inside the video at marked points on the timeline, multiple choice, true or false, or short answer, with immediate feedback. Completed questions stay visible; upcoming ones stay blurred.

Certificates that update themselves

Pass the assessment and the digital certificate is issued automatically and written to the worker profile, where compliance status updates in real time against job-specific requirements. No emailing PDFs, no chasing copies. The training log, the certificate, and the gate decision are the same record.

From completion to gate decision

The point of tracking completion is enforcement. At entry, the gate checks the live record for the task that worker is assigned to today. A missing induction or lapsed refresher stops at the gate with the reason shown, and every decision is logged with its basis.

Common questions

Can workers learn on a phone?

Yes. The full learning experience runs on mobile, including video playback, in-player questions, and materials, so training happens where the workforce actually is.

Can our own material become courses?

Yes. Your procedures, documents, and media are the starting point, and course resources are attached directly to lessons for download.

How does training connect to site access?

Required training is part of the entry decision. If a worker’s assigned task requires an induction or refresher that is missing or lapsed, the gate stops them with the reason shown, and the event is logged.

Do workers get to interact with each other?

Yes. Discussion forums per course and live-session chat let crews ask questions and share what they know, with the record keeping what matters.
