How are requirements set on a posting?
They come from your account profile and requirement matrix: safety program forms, insurance certificates, and thresholds for the work type. The system also suggests requirements based on the task and known severity trends, and you decide what attaches.
Can a supplier outside GridTen bid on our work?
Yes. Postings can be shared as links outside the platform. The supplier joins, completes their profile, and enters the same qualified process as everyone else, so outside relationships do not bypass the record.
What happens after award?
The awarded scope flows into worker verification, training assignment, and gate access. Sourcing and enforcement are one line, not a handoff.
