Supply chain risk
Control the work before it becomes risk.
Most companies track compliance after the fact. GridTen enforces it before work starts, verifies it at the gate, audits it in the field, and files the evidence as it happens. In heavy industries, risk does not come from lack of data. It comes from lack of control.
You do not actually know if work is compliant when it happens
Contractors are approved once
Then never continuously verified. The approval ages; the risk does not.
Worker qualifications drift
Outdated, or disconnected from the tasks people are actually assigned to.
Checks are manual and inconsistent
Reviewer capacity decides what gets looked at, so sampling decides what gets missed.
Documentation cannot be trusted under audit
It exists, but reconstructing why a decision was made takes weeks.
By the time something is flagged, the work is already done.
Workforce credentials, down to the individual
An approved company is not an approved crew. Each worker carries a record of certifications, training history, medical fitness, and legal work authorization, verified against the task they are assigned to today. Documents move through explicit states, approved, in review, pending, rejected, and the worker sees exactly what stands between them and the start date: required documents, media to watch, and checklists to sign off, each with its own progress.
Worker recordA badge that opens gates
Every verified worker gets a digital badge with a QR code, on their phone or printed for low-connectivity sites, designed to integrate with physical access control systems so entry follows badge status.
Hours on the record
Workers start and stop a time tracker against a client, and the work log keeps days, hours, overtime, and totals, exportable and printable per engagement.
Forms without paper
Waivers and site forms are completed and signed electronically, filed against the worker and the project.
Continuous monitoring across the life of the work
Before work starts
Contractors are qualified from the documents they already hold. Workers are verified individually against the assigned task.
During operations
Status stays live. Expiring permits, lapsing insurance, and credential changes surface before they become violations, and site entry enforces the current state.
After execution
Every action is already logged and structured. Audit evidence is complete when the auditor asks, not reconstructed after.
Incidents captured where they happen
A supervisor speaks the report at the point it happens, and GridTen files it as a structured incident against the contractor, the worker, and the project. Handwritten reports are not lost either: scanned pages are read and indexed by AI, so the field’s paper habit still ends up in the system. Incidents feed the risk picture and the audit trail automatically rather than sitting in someone’s inbox.
Incident captureHSE audits that close themselves out
A field audit is only as good as what happens after it. GridTen runs the whole loop: the inspection, the finding, the fix, and the proof.
Audit in the field
HSE officers run structured site audits on a tablet or phone, section by section, with severity ratings up to stop work, corrective actions assigned to responsible companies, photo and media evidence, and recorded interviews attached to the report.
Guidance at the finding
When a deficiency is logged, a guidance card appears immediately: the problem identified, step-by-step resolution, documentation requirements, and the recommended field approach, with the full formal program one click deeper.
Proof closes the loop
The responsible party completes the linked inspection form, uploads evidence, and signs digitally. The finding moves to pending verification and closes when the HSE officer confirms, with every step on the record.
Backed by a working library of safety programs and inspection forms
OSHA-aligned and project-specific programs mapped to the audit itself, so every finding points to the program that governs it and the form that fixes it.
